我訂的這個房間比較小的，陽台應該有八平方左右，洗手間有6-7平方吧，所以房間很窄的，床尾巴放個行李箱就差點沒地走了，陽台密封的，可以兩邊打開一點，泡私湯時候陽台玻璃兩邊都打開了還是全是霧氣，泡久會很悶哦，酒店分A棟B棟，我們房間B棟，要從大廳上去五樓再走一段路去換電梯上去，要麼就從B棟一樓出去再從A棟後門進去大堂，早餐和宵夜都是在大堂一樓的，B棟是不可以直接到早餐宵夜那個大廳，每次都要按上面方法坐電梯走路，這點很麻煩。除了以上這些，酒店全部都很好，服務也好，早餐也好，衞生和設施都很好，户外公共温泉池也很多個，都泡了很舒服，汗蒸房也很不錯，女賓洗澡洗頭髮都配有很齊全，下次來新豐還會選擇住。退房晚也前台不會給你臉色特別好的服務。酒店大堂很豪華很喜歡裝修風格。

聽説是去年11月開張的。周圍沒什麼景色，這也是這個酒店的硬傷吧。但是其他方面就可圈可點了。首先房間十分的大，還有一個泡池可以泡。只是浴室能有個門就更好了，另外淋浴的地方也沒有地方放口杯。娛樂方面就有室外公共泡池和泳池、健身房。泳池水質比較好，有31°C還是比較舒服的，還有熱炕房。最好的就是套餐的自助餐了，品種十分豐富實在讓人喜出望外，不過保温方面還是差一點，拿到的瀨尿蝦等都是涼了。總的來説酒店本身的設施，服務和餐品都很好。其他細節方面再加強一下就更完美了。

酒店附近沒有任何配套，附近設施仍然興建當中。這所酒店剛剛落成，以我當日入住所見，主要接待旅行團為主，剛巧撞正聖誕節日，除了酒店大堂來有大型聖誕樹，供客人影相，另外職員亦會向入住旅行贈送聖誕頭飾及小禮物。可能酒店新營業，整體氣氛一般，希望下次入住時，可令我留下深刻印象。

第二次入住了，感覺依然很好，房間夠寬敞，陽台和泡池的空間也足夠，私密性好，温泉的出水控制系統設計很好，出水快，温度適中，適合情侶和家庭親子使用。早餐的豬雜湯粉面很受歡迎，現在有不少港澳和東莞的旅遊團來此光顧。服務員服務態度好，有求必應，各項接待工作井然有序。點贊。

太意外了！！！真的是好久沒有認認真真寫評價了，這一次沒有任何人邀請或要求我評價，完全是出於自發的。
本來想着説走就走去周邊泡個温泉，以往都在從化或者惠州，因為沒來過韶關，所以迅速鎖定了3個韶關的温泉，從深圳自駕2個多小時到達新豐温德姆酒店，本來想去另外兩個更靠近韶關的，但是因為天黑了不想開車太辛苦就停留在這新豐，結果真的是太驚喜！！！星期五晚上人超少！温泉水超級乾淨！房間的的床墊和枕頭也很滿意！房間內有私湯，很熱很熱出水很快，現在山裡的天氣比較涼，泡泡温泉太舒服啦~~~~沒有想到我這個潔癖的人都覺得酒店的衞生做的幾乎挑不出問題。因為到的晚所以沒有吃上自助晚餐，無法評價晚餐，但是免費的宵夜做的也是非常在線的。前台小哥説叫不到什麼外賣，我搜了一下有一家烤魚和烤串還是可以送到酒店。總之，是一次非常驚喜的入住體驗，應該馬上就會帶娃來第二次！
如果一定要提個小建議，希望增加“乳膠枕”。

無意在攜程看到這家新豐温德姆上架. 價格雖然是新豐最貴 但對標酒店硬件 我覺得性價比超高！前往途中給前台致電詢問. 回覆態度很棒. 按我要求預留了更安靜的房間！ 整個酒店都是現代輕奢風格 客房簡約大氣.衞浴五金件全是是漢斯格雅 松下一體智能馬桶. 獨立袋裝床墊 床品也相當舒服！ 每個陽台有觀景獨立泡池 簡直就是天花板的存在！ 這種房型在從化地區得是天價了. 自助晚餐人太多 所以放棄.早餐豐富 該有的都有. 晚上有簡單宵夜提供！ 整體的體驗感是非常棒的！

一屋一湯，私享私密湯泉:有免費送了兩池温泉水，很舒服，房間衞生也乾淨；
自助晚餐:品種很豐盛，三文魚不錯，超喜歡吃他的小蛋糕🧁晚上也有免費的宵夜，暖心🥰
停車很方便，設備很齊全，5樓有公共的泳池跟泡池，還有小朋友的遊樂場，帶小朋友去玩很開心。

2024年11月剛剛開業的韶關新豐温德姆花園酒店，位置優越，大堂寬闊明亮，設施完善，客房舒適，酒店前台的管先生專業和藹，他不僅幫我們提前辦理入住，還幫我們免費升級了園景房，詳細介紹了酒店的各項設施，值得點贊👍。酒店三樓的中餐廳很大，出品也很不錯，酒店五樓的無邊泳池和温泉池也符合五星級標準。我們入住當天晚上**有酒店特價自助餐晚餐券出售，88元一位（還可以攜帶一名小童），不過我對於這種特價推廣感覺會影響五星級酒店的服務水準，因為人太多，菜品難以及時補充， 食物水準考慮到成本也很難保證，還是應該提高收費標準利於保障客源的質素和食物的水準。還有就是酒店的員工要加強培訓，雖然他們的服務態度都很好，但服務水平和語言能力有待進一步提高。
